Workshop bookings can be made through our online form on our website, by email (Hallo@ateliermay.nl) or via Instagram.

You’re welcome to register individually or as a group for either the morning or afternoon session.

Workshops require a minimum of 4 participants. If we don’t reach that number, we may need to cancel or reschedule, but we’ll always keep you informed.

Organizing workshops takes planning, and late cancellations make it hard to fill spots. To keep things fair for everyone, we use the following policy: Cancellations:

• Up to 4 weeks (28 days) before: 100% refund.

• Between 4 weeks and 2 weeks (14 days): €25 per person will be deducted; the rest refunded.

• Within 2 weeks before the workshop: 50% refund.

• Same day / No-show: No refund.
  

Can’t make it? You may transfer your spot to a friend, just let us know in advance.

Changing your date may be possible depending on availability. Please reach out to discuss options.

Your safety is very important to us. Workshops involve tools, a torch and machines, so we ask all participants to:

• Avoid loose clothing.

• Refrain from alcohol or certain medications that may impair focus.

• Follow our safety guidelines at all times.

Participation is at your own risk, but we’ll do everything we can to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Workshops must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your spot is only confirmed once payment has been processed. Unpaid bookings may be canceled.

Our workshop fees may change due to fluctuations in silver and gold market prices. Prices are subject to correction in case of errors.

• Discounts do not apply to existing bookings.

• Only one discount code or or promotion can be used per booking.

• Discount codes are not valid for private events or set packages.

Listed prices apply only to regular workshops. For corporate or private events, we’ll provide a custom quote tailored to your group. Discount codes cannot be applied to private events.

If you’d like us to host a workshop at your venue, travel costs will apply, and any venue rental fees will be added to your total. We’ll always share a clear breakdown of costs before confirming.

• Please note that we’re unable to offer a warranty on rings made during the workshop once taken home, as we can’t oversee how they’re handled or worn afterward. However, we do offer a repair service should something happen to your piece.

• Each repair will first be assessed in our atelier to determine what’s needed.

• Silver jewelry: repair costs start from €40 (including registered return shipping, one way,)

• Gold jewelry: repair costs start from €80 (including registered return shipping, one way) We always do our best to restore your piece beautifully and with care.

By joining a workshop, you agree that photos or videos taken during the event may be used for our promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media).

If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let us know, we’ll make sure you’re left out of the frame.

Workshops are hands-on experiences, so passive attendance is not permitted. Exceptions may be made for guardians of participants with disabilities.

The minimum age to participate is 16 years.

When booking, you agree to receive occasional updates and promotional emails. Don’t want them? No problem, just let us know, and we’ll take you off the list.
