Return Policy – Custom Made / Made to jewelry
All jewelry are custom made and handmade to order, especially for you. For this reason, these items cannot be returned or refunded.
If your ring does not fit as expected, we are happy to help adjust the size. Resizing is possible from €50, depending on the design.

Measure your ring size
No idea what your size is? Measure it using a piece of string and send it to me, or use a ring sizer app from the App Store.
Wrap a small piece of string tightly around the base of your finger (make sure it’s snug but still comfortable). Mark where the string overlaps, then measure the length in millimeters with a ruler. This measurement corresponds to your ring size.
